Marie Jay is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, with twenty years’ experience.
She has worked in a variety of roles; most recently as HR Director and across a range of industry sectors and organisations (both large and small), supporting leaders, managers and employees at all levels, in achieving successful outcomes to complex HR challenges.
She has wide ranging experience in HR Project Management, for example specialising in supporting businesses through times of organisational change - expansion or downsizing, restructures, mergers / acquisitions (TUPE) and redundancy.

We have been delighted with the project work that Marie Jay has led on behalf of our business. Marie has consulted on two major projects, the first being the Gender Pay Gap published report and developing the strategic plans.
