Marie Jay is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, with twenty years’ experience.

She has worked in a variety of roles; most recently as HR Director and across a range of industry sectors and organisations (both large and small), supporting leaders, managers and employees at all levels, in achieving successful outcomes to complex HR challenges.

She has wide ranging experience in HR Project Management, for example specialising in supporting businesses through times of organisational change - expansion or downsizing, restructures, mergers / acquisitions (TUPE) and redundancy.

  • We engaged Marie from HRMK to help us implement a restructure following a TUPE acquisition to bring it in to line with the rest of the organisation.  There was a significant amount of data and information to be collated to create the business case and also highlight any business risks; however, Marie took all this on board and formulated a plan of how we were going to proceed and guided us through the process step by step with the result that we were able to implement our plan to timescale and within budget.
